The pool area features bar-height tables and comfortable seating - whether you're starting your morning with coffee by the water or spending the afternoon swimming and socializing, this space offers a true resort-style experience right at home.

For a spa-like experience, enjoy your indoor steam room, or step outside to the sauna and fresh mountain air for the ultimate reset.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:

Other things to note
POOL:
The private pool is open from mid-May through mid-September. During this time, the pool is maintained at its natural ambient temperature, perfect for hot summer days. If you'd prefer a warmer swim, optional pool heating is available for $100 per day, applied across the full duration of your reservation. This fee covers the high energy costs required for heating.

Advance Notice Required: Please notify your host at least 48 hours before arrival if you'd like the pool heated so it's ready for your stay.

Please note that pool heating performance may be affected by outdoor weather conditions. During colder temperatures, especially overnight, the heater may not be able to maintain or quickly reach the desired pool temperature. As this is a large outdoor pool, heating times can vary significantly depending on the weather.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. By completing your reservation, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Bookings made by guests under 25 will be subject to cancellation.

PETS:
We welcome up to two house-trained dogs for an additional $150 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should not be left at home without the owner. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.

SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it's not a same day booking.

HOA REQUIREMENTS & FEES
✔ Community registration is required for all stays and must be completed at least 72 hours in advance to avoid delays or access issues. Registration is not available for last-minute Saturday or Sunday bookings.

Please Note: This home requires a 72-hour advance booking notice prior to check-in to allow time for HOA registration and community requirements.

A $80 late admin fee applies to any booking request made within 72 hours of the check-in date. These requests are not guaranteed - approval depends on the Host's availability and HOA processing timelines. Same-day or last-minute bookings are not guaranteed and may be declined if community requirements cannot be met in time.

Guests are encouraged to book in advance to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
