GUESTS & VISITORS
All overnight guests must be on the reservation (includes all guests over 2 years of age). The property has a guest maximum of 8 people for overnight stays. Daytime visitors are allowed for a maximum of 10 people total on the property during the day.

Guests will have full, private access to the modern and stylish, 1800 square feet upper-level of this property which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, patio and pool. The property has a water filtration system perfect for filling up your water bottle!

PRIVACY
Please note that there is a shared door between the upper-level and bottom-level, however it is locked from both sides to ensure privacy for guests and the host.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will not have laundry access and there is one bedroom closet that is reserved for the cleaning team supplies, however there is a dresser and clothing hooks for guests staying in that room.

This listing is for the upper-level unit which has full, private access to the pool and the patio. The lower-level shares a door, but it is locked from both sides (similar to a hotel).

The hosts have a small dog onsite that lives in the bottom unit, but will not be present in any of the guest spaces.

No glass or food in or near the pool or hot tub. Rinse off before pool and hot tub use. Lotions and sunscreen ruin sanitizing chemicals. Close hot tub cover when not in use. Guests will be charged for any pool or hot tub maintenance caused by misuse.

Failure to meet these house rules will lead to an additional $250 cleaning fees, costs for any excessive damages, and potential immediate eviction.
