Summary:
Welcome to The Waves, a relaxed two-level Tuross Head holiday home with space for up to 8 guests. The village shops are just 100 metres away, while One Tree Beach is a short 5 minute walk. Enjoy four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, a full kitchen plus downstairs kitchenette, outdoor dining and BBQ, and a pool table for easy holiday fun.
The Space:
Spread across two levels, The Waves gives families and groups plenty of room to relax.
Upstairs features a light-filled living area with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and fridge/freezer, and a deck with outdoor dining and sun lounges. The three upstairs bedrooms include two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, along with a full bathroom.
Downstairs offers a second living area with smart TV, a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, and a 4th bedroom with a tri-bunk (double bed below and a single bed above) & en-suite bathroom. A pool table & dart board are located in the garage for guest use. The back garden is fully fenced.
Wi-Fi, reverse cycle heating & cooling, bed linen, towels and essential toiletries are provided.
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the home and its outdoor areas during their stay, including the downstairs living area, laundry and garages. One lock up garage space + off street parking for vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
The Waves is close to the heart of Tuross Head. The Evans Rd village shops & childrens playground are 100 metres away, while One Tree Beach is around 650 metres from the house. Beaches, groceries and local services are all within easy reach.
Getting Around:
Beaches & shops are within walking distance. A car is convenient for exploring the rest of Tuross Head and the wider Eurobodalla coast. Free on-site and street parking is available.
