Welcome to my beautifully designed apartment — the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and vacation vibes. Cozy but featuring everything you need, this space is ideal for families, small groups, or couples.


LIVING SPACE
Enjoy an open-concept living area featuring a cozy living room, chic banquette dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is bathed in sunlight and features a huge sectional sofa to fit the whole family. And there's plenty to do: board games, books for all ages, toys for the little ones, and a smart TV with streaming services included. The screened-in patio is right off the living room, with a sofa and a view of the swimming pool. The kitchen opens to the living room and features everything you need to cook full meals, plus a blender, coffee maker, ice maker, and dishwasher.


THE BEDROOMS
One bedroom features two twin beds - great for kids! - and the other bedroom features a king-size bed. Both bedrooms have been designed for coziness, with mood lighting, dark paint colors, room-darkening shades and curtains, and high-quality mattresses. There's also a TV in each bedroom. The king bedroom also has a sliding door that opens onto the patio.


BATHROOM
The best part of the full bathroom is that it has a split design - the shower and toilet are separated from the vanity and sink. It's perfect for groups and families; while one person takes a shower, everyone else can still use the sink to brush their teeth or do their makeup.


EVERYTHING ELSE
The apartment features a large walk-in closet, perfect for storing all your luggage. There's also a washer/dryer in a closet off the patio, with laundry detergent provided. Everything you need for a day at the beach is also included: chairs, towels, sunscreen, a small cooler, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and a rolling cart to carry it all.

The neighborhood is walkable and bikeable. Uber/Lyft are also widely available if you don't have a car.
