The property is located approximately 37 minutes from Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport, 25 minutes from Mirabel Airport, and 45 minutes from downtown Montreal.

Free parking is available, including a large open parking area at the rear for guests.

It is also situated right near the heart of Saint-Jérôme; the train and bus stations, as well as the local performance venue, are just minutes away.
For enthusiasts of winter and summer sports, the apartment is about 16 minutes from Saint-Sauveur and 50 minutes from Mont-Tremblant.

The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a queen-size sofa bed in the living room (perfect for guests), two closets, and ample shoe storage.

Amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. You will also find laundry supplies and essential kitchenware. The dining table seats up to six people (six chairs are provided) and can also serve as a workspace. The living room sofa is spacious enough to seat four people comfortably while watching TV. Several apps are available, such as YouTube, Netflix, Tubi, and Prime; please note that you will need to use your own login credentials for Netflix and other subscription-based services.

There is also free street parking available just a few meters from the property. Please note that parking is not permitted in the space closest to the stairwell.
Security cameras are present in the parking area, and there are security doors at the building entrances.

You will be provided with a temporary access code for the duration of your stay.
