About this apartment rental
Stay close to Camp Randall and Madison’s main hospitals in a newly finished loft studio with vaulted ceilings, marble-look tile, and a full bathroom. This compact space works well for Badger football weekends and for guests visiting UW Hospital, UnityPoint Health-Meriter, or SSM Health St. Mary’s.
The main level has an open living and kitchen area. A gray sectional and small table give you a place to sit, eat, and unwind after a game or hospital hours. Keypad entry is on the door.
Sleeping is in the overhead loft, reached by a wooden rolling ladder. The loft holds a mattress under the peaked ceiling with built-in lighting. This is not a good fit for anyone who cannot climb a ladder, including guests with limited mobility, most young children, and anyone who prefers a standard bedroom.
The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, sink, and a four-burner electric stove and oven, plus hanging pots and basic cookware. White storage cabinets run along the wall for groceries and belongings.
The bathroom is fully tiled, with a walk-in shower (rain shower head and handheld sprayer), a vanity with storage, and a toilet. There is no bathtub.
Best for 1–2 adults in town for Wisconsin Badgers games, traveling nurses, visiting family, or a short campus stay. This is a small studio, not a full house.
Good to know: the bed is in a loft accessed only by ladder. Ceilings slope in the loft. There is a small interior step between rooms. Game-day traffic and parking near campus can be tight, so plan extra time. Please confirm parking, Wi-Fi, and guest count in the listing details before you book.
