Elite Experiences presents, Juniata River Escape! Come enjoy a `Tiny Home` experience. Directly located on the Juniata River, you can watch the river from the Hot Tub, or while you sit by the fire.

Remember this is a TINY HOUSE:
Kitchen and dining:
The kitchen here has a 2 burner cook top with pots and pans to cook with. It also has a k-cup coffee maker, and all utensils, plates, etc. We do provide basic seasonings, oil, and paper towels, and dish soap. There is also a table for 2, with amazing views of the river!
Bedroom and bathroom:
There isn`t a separate room for the bedroom. It is an open floor plan. All linens and pillows are provided for your stay. You`ll enjoy a great night`s sleep on the upgraded queen-sized mattress and crisp linens we`ve carefully selected to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
The bathroom is full sized, and has a door for privacy. There is a rain shower, and also a handheld shower head. Towels are also provided for your stay in addition to the following: body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap and toilet paper.
Things to do:
-Enjoy the River or train watch from the house!
-Relax by the fire pit: firewood is provided.
-Reeds Gap State Park

○ Only 2 people at this property.
○ No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior permission, including visitors’ pets.
○ No smoking or vaping inside. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.
○ No loud parties. Social drinks are permitted, but no excessive alcohol use.
○ No unauthorized events or parties.
○ Respect the neighbors & quiet hours: 11PM-7AM.
○ Respect the neighbors property. Please don`t go over the property lines.
○ Follow hot tub rules.
○ For safety & security, there are outdoor surveillance cameras.
○ No hunting or firearms permitted on the property.
○ No fireworks on the property.
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver`s license prior to check-in.
○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
○ Check all your belongings before leaving. Shipping forgotten items will incur a $35 fee.
○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
