Come relax in beautiful Ivins, Utah! Our comfortable, family-friendly home is the perfect Southern Utah getaway, with gorgeous red-rock mountain views, plenty of space to spread out, and room for the whole family.
THE SPACE
Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and sits on nearly half an acre. Enjoy a spacious grassy backyard, swingset, outdoor cooking area with a Blackstone and smoker, and plenty of parking for your RV, boat, or trailer. RV parking includes access to power and water.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, TVs, air conditioning and heating, an electric fireplace, books and toys for the kids, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
We also provide a paddle board for guests to enjoy during their stay, with Fire Lake just a short drive away!

Enjoy the peaceful feel of Ivins while staying close to some of Southern Utah’s best attractions. You’re just minutes from Fire Lake and a short drive from Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, St. George, Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, and plenty of restaurants, shopping, and outdoor adventures.
PETS
We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional pet fee.
Because our yard is not fully fenced, dogs must be supervised when outside and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please keep pets off beds and furniture and do not leave them unattended outside.
We want every guest to enjoy a clean and comfortable home, so guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.
