A round dining table for four sits between the lounge and kitchen, creating an inviting spot for breakfast over coffee, shared meals or planning a day by the coast.
The kitchen is well equipped for dining at home, with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and cookware. Outside, the private courtyard offers a generous covered setting, with skylight panels filling the space with natural light. Fire up the gas BBQ for a leisurely lunch at the outdoor dining table, or perch at the barrel table for drinks as the afternoon drifts by.
At the end of the day, retreat to the primary bedroom with its king bed or the second bedroom with a queen bed, both offering clothing storage. The bathroom adds a polished finish to the daily routine, with a generous rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries ready for your stay.
A private washing machine and dryer are neatly integrated beside the kitchen for convenient longer stays, with an iron also provided. Free on-site carport parking and 24/7 street parking are available. However, you may find little need for the car, with local cafés, restaurants and Glenelg South’s beachfront all within easy walking distance.

This property sits right in the heart of Glenelg South, within a short walk of local dining and the beach. Along Broadway, you will find Seafaring Fools and Fools Burger for relaxed brunches and Friday night smash burgers, Mockingbird Lounge for coffee and a book browse, and Pia's for wood-fired pizza. Just around the corner on Partridge Street, Le Paris Plage serves excellent French pastries and crepes, while Mediterranean Cafe Ristorante on Broadway is a local favourite for hearty breakfasts and Mediterranean classics.
It is about a 14-minute walk along Broadway to the famous beachfront Broadway Kiosk, where guests can grab a coffee or a steak sandwich with uninterrupted ocean views. From there, it is a lovely stroll along the shoreline toward Glenelg Beach and the historic jetty, with Jetty Road's shops, restaurants, and rooftop bars just beyond.
