The primary bedroom offers a king bed and its own split-system heating and cooling, creating a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. A queen bed and individual split-system climate control await in the second bedroom, while the third bedroom has two single beds and a ceiling fan, making the sleeping arrangements practical for families or groups travelling together. The bathroom makes everyday routines easy with a glass-enclosed shower, vanity, a hair dryer and supplied toiletries.

Split-system heating and air conditioning are available in the living area, primary bedroom and second bedroom, while the third bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. Free on-site driveway parking is available for one vehicle.

A shared laundry is located on the ground floor of the building, with washing machines and dryers available for a fee.

Please note that the apartment is on the third floor with stair access required, and as it forms part of a residential complex, some surrounding noise may occasionally be heard.

A short stroll brings you to Jetty Road, the suburb's buzzing main strip lined with cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shops, along with the iconic Glenelg Beach and Jetty just a few minutes further, perfect for a morning walk, a swim or watching the sunset over the water. The Beachouse, a popular family attraction with rides and amusements, is also just an 11-minute walk away.
