The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed with all-cotton linens, a fully fitted wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, with a second bathroom also featuring a shower and tub combination. For added convenience, soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your stay in case you have forgotten yours.

The living room includes cable TV and complimentary internet access. A comfortable sofa opens into a queen bed for additional sleeping space, while the spacious dining area provides an easy and comfortable place to enjoy meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator with ice maker, stove and microwave, along with all of the everyday basics you need during your stay. Thoughtful extras include a drip coffee machine, wine glasses and a toaster, giving you everything you need to prepare meals, drinks or quick snacks throughout your vacation.



Guest Access:

The apartment has its own private entrance. The resort’s friendly front office is staffed from 9am-5pm on weekdays and 9am-9pm on Saturday and is available should you need assistance relating to the grounds. When the office is closed, you will also typically find a helpful security guard onsite. Inside the apartment, our welcome book provides emergency contacts, resort information, recommendations for local bars and restaurants, and other useful details for your stay.

The resort offers two large freshwater swimming pools with outdoor rinse-off showers: one in the centre of the complex, visible from the balcony and primary bedroom, and another on the beachfront where you can relax throughout the day. The complex also features a lighted tennis court, small playground and two outdoor BBQs for grilling your favourite meals. Complimentary bicycles, kayaks and paddle boards are also available for guest use; simply visit the front office to sign up for the equipment.



The Neighborhood:

Perfectly situated in the heart of Seven Mile Beach Area, Plantation Village is close to popular bars and restaurants at the southern part of Seven Mile Beach. Here you are a short 5-10 minute stroll away from the gorgeous white sands of Seven Mile Beach. Enjoy the turquoise blue waters, warm sands and stunning sunsets.



Getting Around:

Local buses (minivans) run frequently along West Bay Road, directly in front of the resort, making it convenient to head into town or explore if you choose not to rent a car. Taxis are also easy to call and arrange.

For maximum flexibility when exploring the island, renting a car is the easiest option, and there is ample free parking outside the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

This apartment is located on the first floor and requires guests to climb one flight of stairs to access the condo.

Please note that the size of the beach changes with seasonal weather conditions. However, stairs from the pool deck provide easy access to swimming in the sea directly in front of Plantation Village, allowing you to enjoy the oceanfront setting throughout your stay. For those looking for a sandier stretch of beachfront, a stroll north along the main road provides another simple way to explore and experience the area.

The final quote provided includes the daily accommodation rate and cleaning fee, as well as the Cayman Islands Government 13% tourism tax.
