Great news! Beach erosion has abated and our private beach is back in full. It's a great time to book, because we are still offering the 20% discount for the lack of beach even though we now have a beach. But I don't know how much longer we can do that. So book now to lock in the discounted rate. If the price goes up avter you book, you still get the cheaper rate. We continue to offer our beautiful oceanfront pool and surrounding lounge chairs and deck chairs with stunning views of the sea.
Our beautiful oceanfront condominium with its own private beach on Seven Mile Beach is perfect for a couple’s getaway or a family vacation. Three-bedroom unit sleeps up to eight people in 1440 sq ft and is fully equipped with all kitchenware and linens, including beach towels. Heavenly Caribbean views, especially from the living room and lanai. Unit has its own washer/dryer and large flat screen TV in living room, as well as a second TV in master bedroom. Master has king bed and in-suite bath. Second bedroom with queen bed and bunk beds sleeps up to four. Third bedroom has king bed.
Located on the ground floor at Tamarind Bay, which is next to the Marriott Hotel and its conveniences, including access to water sports rentals (such as jet skis and kayaks) and a beachfront bar. Tamarind Bay is walking distance to shops and downtown Georgetown. Ocean front swimming pool in this private complex is perfect for the kids. Barbecue around the pool next to tables within gazebos and all the lounge chairs you'll need. The best kept secret is the management and staff at Tamarind Bay, whose friendliness and helpfulness is renowned throughout Grand Cayman.
If you've never been to Cayman, please go. The Caribbean here is crystal clear and always warm, with assorted fish, turtles, and rays swimming right off Seven Mile Beach. The people are helpful and friendly, and this is the safest place we've ever visited; it's like a step back in time. This is paradise for children of all ages.

The location on 7 mile beach is just about perfect. Very close to good restaurants and walking distance to shopping and dining. The pool is incredibly warm and inviting after swimming in the ocean, which is just steps away.

From easy check in at the office, to the clean and equipped condo, ocean-side pool, and the full expanse of 7-mile beach, we all had a fantastic time!

There are lots of places to choose from on 7 Mile Beach, thankfully this one was in a perfect location for our needs. We were within walking distance to rent water sports, public beaches, and beach side food and drinks. Then on the road side we had even more shops, liquor stores and food options within walking distance. And if it's to far for you to walk there are public bus stops not far from the condo. It truly was the best location for our family.
Never once did we feel uncomfortable to walk in the evening in small groups - always feeling safe and secure was a great comfort!
