After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

There is a parking spot around the corner but not included with the nightly rent. The monthly cost is $275 and $10 nightly, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.

Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation.
