Other things to note
➤ To make your stay more comfortable, you’ll receive two sets of keys. We just ask that you look after them - our building management charges $300 each key replacement, if lost.

➤ Please ensure your booking has the correct number of guests listed to avoid a call out fee for extras, as linen/amenities are supplied based on this.

➤ Please bring your own linens and blankets for the portacot. It will need to be set up and put away on your arrival and departure respectively.

➤ You also agree to all house rules listed below. Violations may result in additional charges, cancellation, or immediate termination of your booking:

1. You must respect the property and treat it with care. Any damage, negligence, or misuse may result in additional charges.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $400 fine will apply if any signs of smoking are detected indoors.
3. Parties, events, or loud music are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations will result in penalties, and in some cases, immediate removal from the property without a refund.
4. Pets are strictly not allowed, a penalty of $500 will apply.
5. Please help us keep the space clean for the next guest. While professional cleaning is provided after each stay, excessive mess or failure to maintain reasonable cleanliness may result in additional cleaning charges.
6. Guests will be provided with 2 building keys and 2 access fobs for the duration of their stay. Please take care of all keys and fobs, as they are required to access the building and apartment. If any keys or fobs are lost, a $300 replacement fee per lost key or fob will apply.
7. Early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance and approved by the host, depending on availability. Additional charges apply.
8. Any damaged or broken items during your stay will be assessed and charged accordingly based on the cost of repair or replacement.
9. Mail and package deliveries are not permitted at the property. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered mail sent during your stay.
10. Commercial photography or filming use is not allowed unless discussed and approved in advance. Please reach out if needed.
11. For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is recommended to keep the apartment in top condition. Guests may opt for either a Refresh & Restock or a Full Clean for $150

PARKING: There is space for two vehicles in the buildings secure underground parking garage. Please note that the entry is a maximum height of 2.1 metres.
