Welcome to The Gem, top floor, a beautiful beachfront beach house in stunning Pearl Beach on the NSW Central Coast. This listing is for the entire upper level of The Gem, offering a private and peaceful coastal escape with spectacular ocean views, generous living spaces and direct access to the sand.
Wake up to the sound of the ocean, enjoy your morning coffee overlooking Pearl Beach and finish the day with sunset drinks on the spacious deck. With the beach literally at your doorstep, this is coastal living at its best.
The Space
The upper level is designed to make the most of its incredible position and views. The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area features bi-fold doors opening onto the large deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow and allowing you to enjoy the ocean breeze and views throughout the day.
The deck is the perfect place for morning coffee, long lunches, alfresco dining or sunset drinks while looking across Pearl Beach and the iconic rock pool.

The upper level has two bedrooms:
Master bedroom with ensuite
Second bedroom with a queen bed and an elevated single bed
Please note: the elevated single bed is suitable for a child only.

One of the best things about The Gem is the location. Step outside onto the grassed area and you`re directly on Pearl Beach, there are no roads to cross and no long walk to the water. Simply walk from the house onto the sand.
The beach is perfect for swimming, relaxing, morning walks and family days by the water.
The local Pearl Beach caf is just a 1 2 minute stroll away, while Umina Beach is approximately a 5-minute drive, offering supermarkets, restaurants, caf s and other essentials.
Despite feeling wonderfully secluded, Pearl Beach is approximately 90 minutes from Sydney, making it an ideal destination for a weekend escape or longer coastal holiday.
