I am hoping to find someone for a fixed stay between October and February.

This fully furnished pad is positioned in a quiet, 12 unit residential building, offering a peaceful, private retreat, less than 10 minute walk from both Lygon St and Sydney Road. It is just moments from some of Melbourne’s best cafes, bars, restaurants, live music venues and op shops, while still being very close to grocery stores, trains, buses and trams.

You’re a 5 minute walk from the 1 and 6 trams, which will take you straight into the city via the iconic Lygon St, or a less than 10 minute walk to the 19 tram which takes you into the city via North Melbourne and the Queen Victoria Markets. It’s also less than 10 minutes to the Jewell train station, which takes you straight to Flinders St in 15 minutes!

The apartment itself features two well sized bedrooms with built in robes, reverse cycle aircon in the main bedroom and the living room. Fully functional kitchen, TV, and comfortable living area furnishings.

The location and proximity to the city, really makes the space ideal for working professionals, relocating couples, people new to Melbourne, etc ! Electricity, water, and high speed wifi are fully included in the rate of course.
