Comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests, this two-storey home is a wonderful choice for families and groups wanting to relax, reconnect and enjoy a memorable seaside getaway.

Ideally positioned close to San Remo’s beaches, cafés, restaurants and fresh local seafood, you’ll have plenty to see and do nearby. Visit the famous San Remo pelican feeding or head across to Phillip Island to experience some of the region’s most popular attractions, including the Penguin Parade, Cape Woolamai and The Nobbies.

Designed with families and groups in mind, the home offers four comfortable bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and two separate living areas, giving everyone plenty of room to enjoy time together while still having their own space to unwind.

The ground floor features a comfortable second living area with seating and a TV, providing a great additional space to relax. You’ll also find two bedrooms on this level, including a master bathroom, offering added privacy and convenience.

Outside, the deck provides another inviting space to enjoy your stay, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ. Start the day with breakfast in the fresh coastal air, settle in for afternoon drinks or enjoy a relaxed BBQ together after a day exploring the surrounding area.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, from an easy breakfast to dinner for the whole family. A further two bedrooms and two bathrooms are also located upstairs.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests.
