The Sequel is located in downtown Wells, MN, just 25 minutes from Albert Lea. This spacious second story apartment has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and is well-equipped with everything you need for a short stay or a long one while you and your crew are working in the area. Note: There are 28 steps (with a landing in the middle) to access this apartment. Please DO NOT book this property if you cannot go up and down stairs.*Long-term stays (more than a week) - I can work with you if you are waiting for your per diem to start. Get the best of everything if you're working nearby. Albert Lea has the big box stores, while Wells has a grocery store, Dollar General, coffee shop, bakery, gyms, movie theater, gas station, several restaurants and more. You won't find a better deal or a more comfortable space for your long-term stay. The Sequel features all necessary towels and linens, generous amounts of cookware and dishes, full fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Starter amounts of paper products, coffee, and cleaning products also provided. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, fans, and extra pillows and blankets. Power strips are also provided in each bedroom to make device charging simple. Pack-n-play and high chair are available for families (pack-n-play sheets not provided). Internet is available throughout the apartment.
