The home is conveniently located in Oakland Park, just minutes from Fort Lauderdale and the beaches. The property is close to Federal Highway and Oakland Park Boulevard, providing easy access to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Wilton Manors, Las Olas Boulevard, and other popular South Florida destinations.



Getting Around:

**Prime Location:*** Just minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, and Las Olas Boulevard.* Easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and major highways (I-95, US-1).

To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.



In order to ensure a worry-free stay we require a $500 refundable deposit. It will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay. Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation. .

** Parking: Our driveway can fit two cars max. Strictly no grass or street parking.



**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.



** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.



**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24. Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.



**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.



** Air conditioning is controlled through the nest dial, this is set between 68 and 78.



** No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (deposit will be forfeited).



** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring the front door, common spaces outside, and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place.



***No parties or events***. Please respect the neighbors. As per city rules, the noise levels must be kept to a level to not disturb the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 9 pm-7 am.
