Hospitality Expert Villa Sweet Villa 9BR offers a completely private stay in this beautiful mansion. Enjoy 9 grand bedrooms, 3 living areas with games rooms, 3 kitchens and a bar, 2 oak dining sets that seat 10 persons each. You’ll also have access to a stunning pool and deck with sweeping views all the way to the Caribbean Sea. This entire property is yours to come and go as you please.
A chef is included and complimentary access to Rose Hall Private Beach Club is included.
This fabulous rental features 9 spacious bedrooms, 5 with king beds and 4 with queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed. Each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom. This 3 storey 9-bedroom mansion boasts a majestic entrance with plenty of parking so guests can come and go as they please. It’s loaded with amenities, including 3 living rooms with flat-screen TVs, a foosball table, 3 pool/ping-pong combination tables, 2 x 10-seater oak dining areas plus 3 kitchens and 3 powder rooms.
The mansion comes with a massive pool deck with a serenity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea for private use only.
When Villa Sweet Villa is reserved as the 9-bedroom accommodation, the entire property is exclusively for your group, including the swimming pool, pool deck, living and entertainment areas and other guest facilities. No other group shares the villa during your stay.

Coral Gardens is an upscale neighbourhood boasting large gated communities, mansions and villas, with 5 minutes access to the beach, golf courses and legendary restaurants such as Scotchies. The location is prime being sandwiched between Rose Hall and Ironshore both 5 minutes either way.
Full-stay private transportation can be arranged at an additional cost, including airport pickup and drop-off and transportation throughout the stay along Jamaica’s North Coast. Fuel and driver gratuity are not included. We also offer transport to Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.
Villa Sweet Villa is a fully staffed private villa. Your stay includes a private chef, butler, housekeeping and professional overnight security, allowing your group to enjoy a true villa experience rather than a self-service vacation rental.
Your stay includes the services of a private chef who can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for your group. Groceries and beverages are purchased separately. Our staff can handle the grocery shopping on the group’s behalf, with the cost reimbursed based on receipts.
The base price includes up to 18 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that.
Bookings must reflect the maximum number of guests who will be on the property at any point during the stay.
When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.
- Information and IDs for all guests over 12 years must be uploaded via the Check-in Form provided after your booking is confirmed

•Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave
•Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.
Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.
Date Changes
Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).
Cancellation & Refunds
All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.
All Service bookings are non-refundable.
Third Party Suppliers are not permitted on our properties, all Suppliers must be from our approved list.
