This upper-level features three spacious en-suite bedrooms, generous living and entertainment areas, and beautiful elevated views of the surrounding tropical landscape and Caribbean Sea.

A chef is included and complimentary access to Rose Hall Private Beach Club is included.

This fabulous rental features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed. Each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom. Situated on the top level of a 9-bedroom mansion, the rental offers a completely private entrance so guests can come and go as they please. It’s loaded with amenities, including a living room with a flat-screen TV, combination ping-pong/pool table, 10-seater oak dining area plus a kitchen and a powder room.

Guests share a massive pool deck with a serenity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Beyond their vacation rental, guests have access to all the common area facilities including the swimming pool, pool deck & rest rooms.

Coral Gardens is an upscale neighbourhood boasting large gated communities, mansions and villas, with 5 minutes access to the beach, golf courses and legendary restaurants such as Scotchies. The location is prime being sandwiched between Rose Hall and Ironshore both 5 minutes either way.

Full-stay private transportation can be arranged at an additional cost, including airport pickup and drop-off and transportation throughout the stay along Jamaica’s North Coast. Fuel and driver gratuity are not included. We also offer transport to Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

Villa Sweet Villa is a fully staffed private villa. Your stay includes a private chef, butler, housekeeping and professional overnight security, allowing your group to enjoy a true villa experience rather than a self-service vacation rental.

Your stay includes the services of a private chef who can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for your group. Groceries and beverages are purchased separately. Our staff can handle the grocery shopping on the group’s behalf, with the cost reimbursed based on receipts.

The base price includes up to 6 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that.

Bookings must reflect the maximum number of guests who will be on the property at any point during the stay.

When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

- Information and IDs for all guests over 12 years must be uploaded via the Check-in Form provided after your booking is confirmed

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.

Date Changes

Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).

Cancellation & Refunds

All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.

All Service bookings are non-refundable.

Third Party Suppliers are not permitted on our properties, all Suppliers must be from our approved list.
