The Space -
Bedrooms:
Each bedroom and bathroom includes bedding (plus a backup set for each room), towels, and standard toiletries.
Master has king bed, a nightstand on each side of the bed, dresser, and two closets.
Guest bedroom offers a queen bed, one nightstand, no dresser, but the closet is a decent size and offers a hanging clothes storage unit.
The kitchen area offers stainless steel appliances and is equipped with plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, basic kitchen conveniences like cutting boards, peelers, Keurig, cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, basic seasonings, etc.
The dining area includes spacious seating for four.
Enjoy the 55” SmartTV and brand new sofa and recliner in the living room.
The patio spans the width of the unit, is accessible from both the living room and master, offers seating for four, a smaller TV, ceiling fan, and sliding, nesting, glass storm doors which offer some fresh air as temps allow.
Washer and Dryer are also in unit.
We have pool/beach towels and anti-gravity chairs to relax bayside.
The Community:
Enjoy the community pool, a public beach, and two full-service restaurants just steps away. There are also two community marinas where you can book fishing charters, a sunset cruise, rent kayaks and paddleboards. Or bring your own boat for reasonable monthly slip rates.
Other Things to Note:
This condo is available for minimum 30 day rental. Maximum four guests. Must be 55+.
No parties, pets or smoking. Additional guests can lodge just steps away at The Inn at Little Harbor which offers daily, weekend, and weekly rates.
Watercraft storage on the property is not allowed but rentals are available nearby.
Two covered parking spaces included. The unit is above parking so please know there is one flight of steps to ascend (about 12 steps).
