The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code for the front door is 4980, and the code for the back door is 1986.

Four-Wheel drive is required to access the community boat ramp.

This multi level cabin requires 1 step to enter. While if offers a bedroom and full bath on the main level, interior stairs are required to access the remaining bedrooms located on the upper and lower levels.

An unpaved area and exterior stairs are required to access the fire pit and the private beach.

Security Cameras
Your safety matters. This property features 2 flood light Ring cameras. camera 1 is near the front door and faces the driveway, and camera 2 is on the back of the house facing toward the beach. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and have switches so you can turn them on and off during your stay.
