The apartment is exclusively for your stay, so you can enjoy complete privacy and make yourself at home. There are no shared indoor spaces.

Free secure parking is available on-site. Please note that the car park has a strict height clearance of 1.95m (6'4"). If your vehicle exceeds this limit, you will need to utilise nearby street parking.

Tip: Standard sedans, SUVs, and compact cars will easily fit, but large 4WDs with roof racks or lifted suspensions may need to measure before arrival.

🏡 This is a residential property, and we ask all guests to respect the home, neighbours and surrounding community.

🚫 Strictly no parties, events or gatherings are permitted at the property, including any gatherings that exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

🔇 Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep noise, music, conversations and other activity to a considerate level, particularly during these hours.

🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property.
