About this house rental

So many amenities within 2 miles: downtown Venice (1 mile), Venice Beach (2 miles, many Gulf beaches within 15 minutes), numerous restaurants, extensive grocery/shopping (less than 2 miles), 2 parks in the neighborhood (one park with over 2 million dollars of renovation includes 9 pickleball courts, 4 softball fields, playground, and restrooms), and an 18.5 mile biking/jogging/walking trail within a mile. All in a comfortable home in a safe neighborhood.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, you can comfortably sleep 6 adults. Large fenced in yard for kids to play. Patio with outdoor dining set, BBQ grill, two zero gravity lounge chairs, a hammock, and large umbrella. Large driveway allows 3 off street parking.

We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
