Ideally located just minutes from the beach and directly across the street from Grassy Point Preserve, this property is perfect for guests looking to relax, explore, and enjoy everything Anna Maria Island has to offer.



Take a peaceful morning walk along the preserve's nature trail and boardwalk, spend the day at the beach, or explore the island's shops and restaurants.



The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare meals during your stay.



Guests also have access to a shared heated pool and spa with comfortable patio furniture and a poolside grill, making it a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. The backyard and pool area may be shared with other guests from the attached duplex.

The free island trolley stop is conveniently located just one block away, providing easy access to destinations throughout Anna Maria Island without the need to drive.



Please note that this property is located in a residential neighborhood. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM in accordance with local regulations. Excessive or unreasonable noise may result in fines or termination of the stay without refund.



Guest Access:

Guests have one parking spot plus room for a golf cart rental. Guests are encouraged to park in front of the building they are staying in.

Guests have a private entrance to their unit. Check-in is self-check in, and you will receive the code with instructions prior to your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Centrally located on Anna Maria Island. Close to shops, restaurants, and bars. Close to Publix grocery store and CVS & Walgreens for your prescription and grocery needs.



Getting Around:

There are multiple options to explore the island other than by car. Golf cart rentals are available on the island. Our guests save $35 off their golf cart reservation by using the promo code: Feelinsalty while using ZoomAround.

There is also a free trolley service that runs throughout the island. The closet stop is located on 27th St. The buses run every 20 mins and operate from 6am to 10pm and is FREE!



Other Things to Note:

Please note that our pool heating is professionally managed and typically set between 82 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. During periods of cooler weather, maintaining this temperature can be challenging, while warmer weather may cause the water to naturally reach higher temperatures.

Check-in time is after 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.

We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00pm and 07:00am.

The minimum age for booking is 25 years old.
