THE GOLF CART LIFE 🚙 Your stay includes our luxury 6-passenger AEV golf cart — load up the crew, the chairs, and the cooler, and roll straight to Ocean Park, the private oceanfront beach parking and access reserved exclusively for this community (and exclusively for you during your stay). No public-parking scramble, no crowds — just a short cart ride with one crossing of NC-58 at a protected crosswalk that makes it safe and simple. Beach days here start easy and end sandy — exactly as they should.

YOUR COMMUNITY PARK ACCESS 🌳 Staying here unlocks the community`s private parks:

Ocean Park — private oceanfront beach parking and access, members and guests only. Take the golf cart straight from the house.
Brock Basin — community boat launch, ramp, and dock for guests bringing watercraft.
McNeil Park — a second boat ramp and launch for extra water access (no boat docking at this one).

THE GROUND-LEVEL GAME ZONE 🏓 Under the house, the carport has been transformed into everyone`s favorite hangout. Challenge the family to ping pong on the gravel court, toss cornhole while the propane grill works its magic, or sink into the lounge couch for the game on the 60` smart TV. An outdoor fridge keeps drinks cold, the beach storage closet is stocked with gear for the sand, and the enclosed outdoor shower (hot AND cold water, with plenty of towel hooks!) rinses off every last bit of beach before you head inside.

EASY ENTRY, EASY FLOW 🚪 Step through the keyless front door in the carport and the home unfolds from a welcoming entryway: Bedroom 4 and the laundry room to your left, the interior stairs straight ahead leading up to the main living level, and the door to the fully fenced backyard on your right — perfect for letting the dogs stretch their legs the moment you arrive. Prefer not to take the stairs? The exterior elevator connects the ground level to the upper deck.

THE MAIN LEVEL ☀️ Head up the interior stairs (or ride the exterior elevator) to the heart of the home — an open-concept living space washed in natural light from walls of plantation-shuttered windows. Vaulted ceilings, crisp coastal stripes, and a comfy navy couch with seating for everyone make this the best place to unwind after a soak in the sun. The game cabinet is stocked with board games, cards, and poker chips for rainy-day tournaments.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook like you`re home — granite counters, stainless appliances, a dual Keurig + drip coffee maker, and breakfast bar seating for the early risers. The dining table seats the whole crew, and just outside, the covered deck offers al fresco dining under the ceiling fan with the pines as your backdrop.

THE BEDROOMS 🛏️

Bedroom 1 (Primary, upstairs): King bed, direct access to the deck porch, and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanities.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Queen bed with TV, dresser, and closet.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs, the Flex Room): Two twin beds PLUS a twin-over-twin bunk — 4 beds in one room! Kids` paradise, guaranteed.
Bedroom 4 (ground level): King bed with TV and closet — a quiet retreat with the laundry room conveniently next door.

Bathroom 2 sits between Bedrooms 2 and 3 and features a large walk-in shower.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home, the carport entertainment area, the fully fenced backyard, the golf cart, the beach gear closet, and the community`s private parks: Ocean Park (oceanfront beach parking and access), Brock Basin (boat launch, ramp, and dock), and McNeil Park (boat ramp and launch). Main entry is through the ground-floor carport with keyless entry — your unique door code arrives 24 hours before check-in.

For a smooth stay, a few honest details:

The main living area and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the second floor, reached by interior stairs just inside the front door (or exterior stairs) — or by the exterior elevator, perfect for guests with limited mobility.

Pet friendly! We welcome up to 2 dogs max — and the fully fenced backyard means happy pups and relaxed owners.

Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers — there are no bathtubs in the home.
Golf cart use requires a signed liability waiver — all drivers must be 25 or older, hold a valid driver`s license, and have a completed waiver on file before use. Please operate it on community roads only and park it in the carport when not in use.

The beach is a quick golf cart ride away via the community`s private Ocean Park access — this home is nestled in the maritime forest, not directly oceanfront. The route crosses NC-58 once, at a protected crosswalk.
The enclosed outdoor shower has hot and cold water — the perfect post-beach rinse before heading upstairs.
