Gonte 19 welcomes you to Grandola ed Uniti, a hillside village between two lakes in Lombardy. This 85 sqm apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee machine. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in both bedrooms, TV, washing machine, underfloor heating available from September 15 to May 30, and step-free indoor access. For families with young children, a crib and high chair are available.
Outside, the property retains its original stone façade. Relax in the private garden and furnished entrance area, perfect for outdoor breakfasts and meals, with sun loungers provided. A tennis court is just a 5-minute walk away.
Please note that events are not permitted on the property. Public parking is available 100 m from the house, with the option to approach closer with small cars. Access is via a pedestrian path up to 100 m. Check-in and check-out times are flexible to suit your needs upon prior arrangement. Public transport is easily accessible.
The owners live on-site in a separate apartment on the first floor with a private entrance. Menaggio is only a 10-minute drive away, while the beaches of Porlezza on Lake Lugano can be reached in 12 minutes (about 8 km). Nearby, you will find famous historic villas and gardens. Local experiences such as horseback riding lessons, guided bike tours, golf courses, and swimming lessons are available. In July and August, the area offers many events and evening festivals.
