About this house rental
Welcome to Vida! This four-bedroom beach house sits on a quiet residential street in Vilano Beach, three minutes on foot from the Atlantic - with a private heated pool and a converted-garage tiki lounge waiting out back.
THE SPACE
The tiki lounge is what people remember. Lift the garage door and it opens straight onto the pool deck: a painted mural, a bar with stools, outdoor sofas on green turf, a large smart TV, a beverage fridge, darts and cornhole. Rain or shine, it is where the whole group ends up every evening.
The pool is private and fenced, catching the morning sun just off the kitchen and living room, with a shaded patio for eating outside when the afternoon gets serious. Inside, the living room has a fireplace and cable TV, and the kitchen is set up to genuinely feed ten - full range and oven, dishwasher, French-door refrigerator, drip coffee maker and a Keurig.
SLEEPING - UP TO 10 GUESTS
- First-floor primary: King bed, ensuite bath with separate walk-in shower and jetted tub
- Second-floor primary: King bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower and tub
- Bedroom 3: King bed
- Bedroom 4: One full bed and two twins in a bunk-style setup
Three full bathrooms plus a half bath off the first-floor entry. Ceiling fans and a smart TV in every bedroom.
OUTSIDE
Private heated pool, propane grill, outdoor shower and shaded patio dining. Beach gear is provided - towels, four chairs and an umbrella. The beach access walkover is across Coastal Highway, and the boat ramp on the Intracoastal is a few blocks away, so bring the boat or the jet-ski.
LOCATION
Three minutes on foot to the sand. Five minutes south into prime Vilano Beach for restaurants, shopping and a Publix. Seven minutes over the Vilano Bridge to Camachee Cove for boat rentals and deep-sea fishing charters. Historic downtown St. Augustine is a ten-minute drive, and Ponte Vedra about twenty-five minutes north.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Pool heat is available on request at $60 a day or $350 a week, and works when the outdoor temperature is above 60 degrees
- Up to 2 dogs welcome
- No smoking, no events
- Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 10 AM
- Primary renter must be 21 or older
- Driveway holds two to three cars. No street or grass parking
- The garage is the tiki lounge, not parking
- Washer and dryer on the second floor, WiFi, central AC
- Pack 'n Play available on request with 48 hours notice
