Villa Malvasia Timanfaya is a modern, semi-detached 3 bedroom property with a bright and airy open plan design. Set in a wonderful location, it’s within walking distance of the pretty Playa Flamingo Beach lined by a handful of shops, bars, and restaurants, while the centre of Playa Blanca is only a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes’ drive away where you’ll find a host of shops, cafes and restaurants along with the lovely Playa Blanca Beach, The Rubicon Marina, known for its waterside restaurants, is only 10 minutes’ drive away. Back at the villa, relish the sun as you spend your day at the pool terrace, or cool off with a dip in the inviting pool. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and the lounge are included.
Villa Malvasia Timanfaya is in the popular resort of Playa Blanca, only a short drive or a leisurely 20 minutes’ stroll from the centre where you’ll be spoilt for choice for things to do and see.
