Located in the heart of San Diego, this beautifully remodeled 3BR/2BA home offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat for families, friends, groups, and business travelers, with accommodations for up to 10 guests. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from SDSU, the home provides convenient access to downtown San Diego, local Navy bases, Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the airport, with many of the city’s top attractions approximately 15–20 minutes away. Enjoy the entire home along with a spacious private backyard featuring a hot tub, fire pit/outdoor fireplace, comfortable outdoor seating, a large lawn, and family-friendly yard games. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a 70" Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, in-home laundry, and a fully remodeled and equipped kitchen featuring a large island, separate dining area, and stocked coffee and tea bar. Guests have access to the entire home and private outdoor spaces, with the exception of the locked owner’s closet in the garage. Parking includes a private driveway and street parking pass, with additional side-yard parking available for larger vehicles upon request; please be careful not to block the sidewalk when using the driveway. We’re available by phone or message throughout your stay, with our support team typically responding within 15 minutes between 9 AM and 9 PM PST. Discounts may be available for weekly, monthly, and other extended stays, and while early check-in and late check-out requests are always welcome, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We keep checkout simple with minimal chores and ask guests to treat the home and our residential neighborhood with care. Check-in is from 4:00 PM–2:00 AM and checkout is by 11:00 AM, with quiet hours from 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Parties, excessive noise, smoking, vaping, illegal substances or activities, unauthorized guests, fireworks, firearms, open flames, and unapproved commercial activities, professional photography, filming, drones, or RV use are prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted, and children must be supervised by an adult in all indoor and outdoor areas. Please dispose of garbage in the designated bins, leave the home reasonably clean, return furniture to its original location, do not unplug electronics, and maintain the A/C between 70°F and 78°F and never below 67°F. Additional charges may apply for rule violations, unauthorized guests, excessive cleaning, damage, smoking, noise violations, or late checkout, and serious or repeated violations may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with applicable platform policies. No pets are permitted; service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies. For security, four exterior Blink cameras monitor the front door, back patio, driveway, and backyard and may record video and audio when motion is detected; there are no cameras inside the home. Guests are responsible for using the property and its amenities safely, including supervising children and taking appropriate precautions around the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor areas, and travel insurance is recommended for added peace of mind.
