THE SPACE

The open living area features floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that fill the home with natural light and showcase the surrounding landscape. There is plenty of comfortable seating for your group, along with a fireplace, wet bar and dining space overlooking the marsh and private yard.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space and island seating, making it easy to prepare meals and gather together. An elevator provides convenient access between levels.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Marsh Madness has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom, plus an upstairs bonus room with an additional sleeper sofa.

POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING

Spend sunny Charleston days relaxing beside your private pool or gathering in the spacious outdoor areas. The wraparound porches offer peaceful places to enjoy your morning coffee, watch local wildlife or take in the changing colors of the marsh at sunset.
The pool and backyard create a secluded setting for spending time together without leaving the property. A private grill area is also available for relaxed meals at home.

DEEPWATER DOCK & NEARBY BOAT LANDING

Follow the private dock out over the marsh to the Stono River. The dock includes a platform and covered area, offering another beautiful place to enjoy the water and surrounding nature. Fish, crab, watch passing boats or simply slow down and take in the Lowcountry scenery.
A convenient boat landing is located approximately one-quarter mile away at the end of the road.

WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS

With its waterfront views, private grounds, pool, dock and natural Lowcountry backdrop, Marsh Madness is a beautiful setting for intimate weddings, family reunions, milestone birthdays, retreats and other special occasions.

Enjoy the privacy of a waterfront retreat while staying close to some of Charleston’s most loved destinations. Spend the day on Folly Beach, explore the shops and restaurants along Center Street or head into downtown Charleston for dining, history and sightseeing.
After exploring, return to the quiet of the marsh, cool off in the pool and watch the sun set over the water.

• Parties, weddings and other gatherings require advance approval.
