The living room has a sofa bed that is available for guest! Please let us know if you plan on using the sofa bed before you arrive.



The fully equipped kitchen gives you plenty of space to prepare breakfast before game day, make a quick lunch between activities, or enjoy dinner at home. You'll also find a convenient half bathroom on the main level.



Upstairs are two private bedroom suites, making this townhome especially well suited for two couples, parents visiting their students, families, or friends traveling together. Quiet Enjoyment:

• We kindly request all guests to observe quiet time between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



Security Measures:

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with. We also have noise monitors inside the home.





Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
