To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbors, please observe the following house rules:

👥 Occupancy & Visitors
Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old. Guests under 21 years of age are not permitted to occupy the property unless accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or older.

No parties, events, gatherings, or celebrations exceeding the approved number of guests are allowed without prior written approval from the host.

All visitors must be approved by the host in advance and may not remain on the property overnight unless they are registered as part of the reservation.

Unauthorized visitors or overnight guests may result in additional fees and/or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
Unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

🔇 Quiet Hours
Outdoor quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise, music, and outdoor activities at a reasonable level during these hours.

🏊 Pool & Spa Safety
Use of the pool and spa is at your own risk.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when near or in the pool or spa area.

No diving, running, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior is permitted around the pool or spa.

Only approved pool floats and pool-safe recreational items may be used in the water.

Glass containers are not permitted in or around the pool or spa area.

Do not place furniture, decorations, sports equipment, food, confetti, or other non-pool items in the water.

🏡 Property Care
Please treat the property, furnishings, and amenities with care.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Indoor furniture and décor should not be moved outdoors.

🚗 Parking
Park only in designated parking areas.

Do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, streets, or access points.

Guests must clean up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors.

The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.

Guests acknowledge and accept the risks associated with recreational amenities, including but not limited to pools, spas, sports courts, fire pits, game rooms, and outdoor equipment.
