Located less than five minutes from the white sand and emerald waters of Inlet Beach, your stay includes a 6-seat golf cart, access to the neighborhood community pool, beach chairs, beach essentials and six adult bicycles. You’ll also be just minutes from Rosemary Beach, 30Avenue, Camp Helen State Park, Lake Powell and everything the east end of 30A has to offer.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire home and access to the neighborhood community pool.

A 6-seat golf cart is included for eligible drivers. Use is subject to applicable laws, driver requirements and completion of the required agreement before use.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Inlet Beach offers a quieter home base while keeping you close to some of the most popular destinations along 30A. Board & Boujee is just minutes from Rosemary Beach, 30Avenue, Seacrest and Alys Beach, providing convenient access to restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, entertainment and local events.

The nearby Inlet Beach public beach access offers parking, restrooms, showers and seasonal lifeguards. The Highway 98 pedestrian underpass provides another convenient route toward the beach and areas south of the highway without crossing Highway 98 at street level.

Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell are also nearby for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing and outdoor adventures.

GETTING AROUND

The included 6-seat golf cart makes exploring the surrounding area easy and enjoyable. Guests may also drive to the nearby public beach access, where parking is available, or use the Highway 98 pedestrian underpass to reach areas south of the highway on foot.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Wildwood at Inlet Beach is a newer community, and construction on nearby homes may occasionally occur. Activity varies, but we want guests to be aware of this before booking.

Golf-cart use is subject to applicable rules, eligible-driver requirements and a signed agreement.
