Getting Around:

Getting around is easy, with the beach, dining, shopping, and everyday essentials just a short drive away. Deerfield Beach and the International Fishing Pier are about 5 minutes from the home, while Boca Raton and Pompano Beach are within easy reach.



A car is recommended for exploring the area and making the most of South Florida. The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles, with additional street parking available where permitted.



Other Things to Note:

• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to the home’s contents, such as linens, towels, and glassware. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.



• Grill & Propane: A propane grill is available for guest use. Propane levels are not guaranteed. If a refill or exchange is needed, guests may purchase one, and we’ll reimburse the cost of one refill or exchange with a copy of the receipt.



• Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests. However, Florida’s warm climate means occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation are not provided for occasional pest sightings.



• Florida Weather & Hurricane Season: Hurricane season typically runs July–November, and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Severe weather and other weather-related disruptions are outside our control and may not qualify for refunds or compensation.



• Outside Conditions: Construction, renovations, neighboring activities, temporary amenity closures, citywide power or internet outages, and utility or municipal repairs may occur without prior notice. We’ll assist whenever possible, but circumstances outside the property and our control are not considered property-related issues and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.



• Additional Supplies & Towels: Starter supplies and towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. This home includes an in-unit washer and dryer for refreshing towels and clothing. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Nearby grocery and convenience stores are available for additional necessities.



• Normal Wear: As a regularly enjoyed vacation home, minor imperfections, normal wear, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is cleaned and prepared before every stay.



• Items Left Behind: If you leave a personal item behind and request its return, a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.
