GREAT LOCATION: 5 min walk walk to Kilburn St., 12 min. walk from West Hampstead station. Very easy and fast to get to London’s most famous attractions.



Great restaurants and coffee shops close by :)

The Space:

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our beautiful studio apartment provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. We created it in a way that it's a ‘home away from home’ :)



This flat is located on the first floor (no lift). The flat has everything you need for your stay with a fitted kitchenette and bathroom. Beautiful day light.



The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of exploring London. The neighbourhood is residential whilst being 15 minutes away from the city center - win-win! :)



BED

There is a brand new double bed with a comfortable mattress.



High-quality linen and towels (1 bath towel 1 face towel per person) are provided.



DINING AREA

You will find a nice-sized round dining table with two chair with 40’ TV with Netflix.



KITCHENETTE

Nicely sized kitchenette with brand new appliances it allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with coffee, a toaster, kettle, microwave, induction with 2 burners and Nespresso coffee machine and much more :)



There is also wardrobe in the apartment.



NO PARTIES, EVENTS, LOUND MUSIC ALLOWED. Quiet hours between 10pm - 8:00 am.

**Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning)



** If stays longer than 30 days - 2 additional cleanings need to be purchased



**Last minute booking - check in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and house might be ready at 3pm already)



**No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.

**Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning)



**No Parties, Gatherings, or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly not allowed on the premises.(we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :)



**No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



**No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



**Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.



**Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



**Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



**Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.



**We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
