- 25–30 minutes to Oxford Circus / Central London



Paid parking available for more vehicles. Important - there are stairs, no lift.

The Space:

LIVING & DINING ROOM

In our bright minimalistic living room you find 50’ TV (Netflix), comfortable sofa (sleeps 2) and wooden dining table. The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. It benefits from fast Wi-Fi, darkening blinds and it's a great space for relaxing.

BATHROOM

The apartment has one bathroom. The bathroom benefits from a rain shower, toilet, large sink. We provide shower gel and hairdryer.





IMPORTANT TO KNOW



This is a peaceful, stylish and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location, BUT guests should be comfortable USING STAIRS. There are STAIRS to enter the apartment and additional internal STAIRS leading to the loft style bedroom.



Each bedroom and living space has been set up to provide a calm and comfortable stay, giving you a peaceful place to relax after a day of working, exploring London, shopping, or attending events nearby.



BABY COT

We have a foldable cot with a mattress (100*74*74cm 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request and we get it ready for you.



PARKING

Parking is available weekdays Mon-Friday for as little as £8 per day, please request.

Free parking on weekends.



WORK-FRIENDLY STAY



The apartment includes fast and free Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote workers, business travellers and guests needing a calm place to work during their stay.



LOCATION & TRANSPORT



This apartment is in a great East London location, close to Leyton Station, giving you quick access to Stratford, Central London and nearby event venues.



NEARBY SHOPS & SUPERMARKETS



You’ll have easy access to local shops, convenience stores, cafés and supermarkets nearby, making the apartment convenient for both short and longer stays.

-Westfield Stratford City for shopping, restaurants and entertainment



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment,



You’ll have the whole space to yourself, with no sharing.



IMPORTANT

The apartment may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, elderly guests who struggle with stairs, or very young children who need stair-free access. There are several stairs in the flat and to get into the flat too.



Other Things to Note:

**Last minute booking - check in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and house might be ready at 3pm already)



**No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.



**No Parties, Gatherings, or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :)



**No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



**No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



**Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.



**Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



**Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



**Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.



**We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
