Completely independent and facing south-west, it will seduce you with its private enclosed garden sheltered from prying eyes, its sea view and its access to a heated indoor swimming pool. Located just 150 metres from Bilou beach and the GR34, it is a true family haven to recharge in complete privacy.



Designed for a practical and warm stay, the house is organised entirely on one level:

A bright living space that combines a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, filter and Senseo coffee makers), a convivial dining area, and a cosy lounge with two sofas (click-clack convertibles and BZ) as well as a television.

On the sleeping side, the house offers 3 bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140x190), the second with two single beds (90x190) and the third ideal for children with two bunk beds (90x190).

The bathroom has a bath and a double sink. The toilets are separate.

Enjoy a terrace and an enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbours for dining outside facing the sea.

The accommodation is located within the "Résidence des Îles" (a very quiet small residence of 14 properties) and gives you access to a shared heated indoor swimming pool from April to October and then during the Christmas holidays, a children's play area, a petanque court as well as a shared laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer accessible by coin meter).



Local life and must-do activities:

The house is ideally located to enjoy everything Le Conquet has to offer on foot or by bike. When you step outside, you are 100 metres from Bilou beach and the GR34 for stunning walks along the coastline. The historic town centre is a 15-minute walk away: perfect for getting fresh bread from the bakery, browsing the Tuesday morning market or enjoying a seafood platter on the harbour.



Watch the sunset from the Kermorvan Peninsula just opposite, treat yourself to a surf lesson at the large Blancs Sablons beach or set sail from Le Conquet harbour for an unforgettable day trip to the islands of Ouessant and Molène.

Parking: you will have 2 private and named parking spaces on the residence.

Pets: your companion is accepted upon request. To ensure together that the accommodation is suitable for their comfort and needs, please contact us before booking by specifying their breed and weight.

For everyone's comfort, the interior is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.

Electricity:

- during the summer period (1st May to 30th September) an allowance of 100 KWh/week is provided to you then actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh

- during the winter period (1st October to 30th April) actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh
