It's the perfect address for peaceful and friendly holidays with family or friends.



Bright and designed for your comfort, the villa is organised entirely on one level:



A living space opening onto the outside through large glass doors, it combines a cosy lounge with television and convertible BZ sofa (allowing additional sleeping for 2 extra people), as well as a dining area for 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster).



The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms. A first master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a second bedroom ideal for children or friends with two bunk beds (90 cm).



A functional bathroom with shower and vanity unit.



A large 15 m² terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers extends your living space towards the private garden, separated from neighbours to preserve your privacy.



In the residence, enjoy the heated swimming pool (with a small 40 cm paddling pool for children), the pétanque court, the play area with zip line and a shared laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer.



Local life and must-do activities:

Everything is accessible on foot from the house! In addition to the beach and the GR34 coastal path 150 metres away, you can reach in just 12 minutes' walk:

- the lively town centre of Le Conquet with its local shops, crêperies, bars and restaurants.

- the charming local market on Tuesday mornings to stock up on local products.

- the fishing port (ideal for buying fresh fish when the boats return) and the landing stage, direct departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène.

The emblematic site of Pointe Saint Mathieu and its former abbey is only 3km away.

Parking: you will have a private, named parking space at the residence.

WIFI: internet access via WIFI (average reception in the accommodation; good reception at reception)

Pets: your companion is accepted upon request. To ensure together that the accommodation is suitable for their comfort and needs, please contact us before booking by specifying their breed and weight.

For everyone's comfort, the interior is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.

Electricity:

- during the summer period (1st May to 30th September) a package of 100 KWh/week is provided to you, then actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh
