T1 House – Saint Mathieu – ideal for 2 people

Located at the Résidence des Îles, just 150 metres from Bilou Beach, this charming single-storey house welcomes you in a calm and pleasant environment. It opens onto a 15 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture, ideal for your relaxation moments with a sea view.



The fitted and equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster and electric coffee maker. A dining area with table and two chairs allows you to eat comfortably.



The living room includes a BZ sofa that can serve as occasional sleeping accommodation for one person, and a television. WIFI reception is available but of low intensity.



The sleeping area, consisting of a 140 cm double bed, is separated from the living room by a curtain. The adjoining bathroom includes a shower and a sink on a cabinet. The toilet is separate.



You enjoy a private garden that is completely enclosed and sheltered from view, guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity. The accommodation is semi-detached to another T1, separated by a lovely stone wall and wooden cladding.



The accommodation is located within the "Résidence des Îles" (a very quiet small residence of 15 properties) and gives you access to a shared heated indoor swimming pool from April to October and then during the Christmas holidays, with a depth varying from 1.20 m to 2 m and a dedicated area for young children (40 cm depth).



You also benefit from a children's play area, a pétanque court and a shared laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer accessible by coin meter). A reception offers tourist information, some books and board games available for free use.



Local life and essential activities:



Le Conquet and its surroundings offer numerous activities, the house is located:

- 12 minutes' walk from the fishing port and landing stage, the departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène and sea discovery excursions.

- 15 minutes' walk from local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, crêperies, boutiques. You will find our regional products at the local market on Tuesday mornings.

- 100 m from the GR34 hiking trail and 150 m from the fine sandy beach of Bilou.

- the emblematic site of Pointe Saint Mathieu and its former abbey are only 3 km away.

Parking: you will have a private, named parking space on the residence.

WIFI: internet access via WIFI on the residence (weak reception in the accommodation)

Pets: your small-sized companion is accepted on request. To ensure together that the accommodation is suitable for its comfort and needs, please contact us before booking by specifying its breed and weight.

For everyone's comfort, the interior is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.

- Towel kit (one large, one medium towel and a flannel): €12 / kit.



Electricity:

- during the summer period (1st May to 30th September) a package of 100 KWh/week is provided to you, then actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh

- during the winter period (1st October to 30th April) actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh
