The fully equipped and functional open-plan kitchen has a 4-ring ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, an electric coffee maker and a large fridge-freezer. The dining area includes a table and 4 chairs.

A lovely separate bedroom with a large comfortable double bed (160 cm) and its adjoining bathroom (shower and vanity unit). The toilets are also separate.

Also enjoy a 15 m² terrace and a pleasant small enclosed garden. Facing South-West and perfectly sheltered from the wind, this space has a complete garden furniture set (table, 4 chairs, parasol) and two sun loungers for your moments of rest.

The accommodation is located within the "Résidence des Îles" (a very quiet small residence of 14 properties) and gives you access to a shared heated indoor swimming pool from April to October and then during the Christmas holidays, a children's play area, a petanque court as well as a shared laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer accessible by coin payment).

Everything is accessible on foot from the house! In addition to the beach and the GR34 coastal path 200 metres away, you will reach in just 12 minutes' walk:

- the lively town centre of Conquet with its local shops, crêperies, bars and restaurants.

- the charming local market on Tuesday mornings to stock up on local products.

- the fishing port (ideal for buying fresh fish when the boats return) and the landing stage, direct departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène.

- The emblematic site of Pointe Saint Mathieu and its former abbey is only 3km away
