The backyard is the heart of Raha. Start your morning in the cedar barrel sauna, brave the cold plunge, then warm up in the hot tub or float the day away in the heated pool. Challenge the group to pickleball, grill under the tiki hut, catch the game on the pergola TV, and end the night under the string lights.

The open living lounge flows into an experience lounge built for downtime, with a game table for poker and board games and a massage chair for after the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking together. Each of the four suites has its own personality, inspired by the colors of South Florida, with blackout shades and charging stations.

Beach towels, fresh linens and the essentials are provided. Pack n Play and high chair available on request. Laundry on site.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home and the full backyard, including the heated pool, hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, pickleball court and tiki hut. All amenities are included at no extra charge.

Self check-in with a smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Free parking on site for 4 vehicles.

A locked owner's closet/storage area is not accessible.

Other things to note
Early check-in may be available on a case-by-case basis when there is no same-day guest turnover. Availability cannot be confirmed in advance, so please only reach out the day before check-in to see if an earlier arrival is possible.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to check in.

We are a smoke free property. No additional guests beyond the number booked are permitted. No events or gatherings are allowed without explicit written approval by the host. A noise and smoke monitoring device is on the premises.

For security, the property has three exterior cameras: a video doorbell at the front door and two front-facing camera covering the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.

Please note that the property receives regular professional maintenance during your stay: pool service twice weekly and lawn and landscaping service once weekly. We make every effort to share the service schedule with you ahead of arrival.

For year-round comfort, the pool is heated and typically maintained at 82–84°F. During the warmer summer months, the water may naturally rise above this range, as the pool is not equipped with a chiller.

Raha is brand new and being freshly furnished ahead of our summer opening. A few interior photos show the home pre-styling and will be updated as each room is finished.
