The Space:
Each two-story villa offers comfort and character. On the ground floor, you’ll find a king-size bedroom with a private bathroom and a dining area for four. Upstairs, another king-size bedroom with a private bathroom opens onto a small private terrace. The decor is thoughtful and artistic—each room features curated details, including hand-painted doors by renowned Oaxacan tattoo artist Carlos Bautista.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the lap pool with lounging areas, a private rooftop terrace, and a large shared palapa with a dining space and living area. Whether you want to unwind by the water or gather with friends under the palapa, there’s space for both privacy and connection.

Punta Navi is located in La Punta, Puerto Escondido’s trendiest and most laid-back neighborhood. The area is full of beach cafés, surf shops, and vibrant restaurants, all just a short walk away. While centrally located, the property remains peaceful and quiet—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.
Getting Around:
The beach is just 800 meters away, and everything else in La Punta can be reached on foot. For longer distances, renting a bike is a great way to explore the area with ease. We also offer exclusive parking for motorcycles.

La Punta has a community-wide quiet hours policy that begins at 10:30 PM. Please respect this rule to avoid fines or immediate cancellation of your reservation.
Motorcycle parking is available on-site for registered guests.
