This bright and spacious 5,100 sq ft duplex is thoughtfully designed for unforgettable group getaways—perfect for large families, friends, or special occasions. With room to comfortably sleep up to 28 guests, everyone can gather together while still enjoying their own private space.



⚠️ To get from unit A to unit B or vice versa, you must walk out the front door, walk down the stairs and back up the other side of the staircase and then into the other front door. The stairs are separated in half by a wall and railing

⚠️ Important Things to Note (Please Read)

• Stairs required to access home

• Pool is not heated

• Guests should provide their own beach and pool towels

• Guests must provide their own propane and charcoal for the grills

• For our guests' security and safety, there is a Ring security camera located above the driveway overlooking the driveway, street, and front yard.

• This property is treated for Pest Control on the first Wednesday of each month from April to September, and bi-monthly otherwise

• The pool is cleaned twice a week from April to September, and once a week otherwise



🚫 House Rules:

- NO PETS ALLOWED - If you bring an undisclosed pet your reservation will be canceled

- Maximum of 28 guests

- No glass in the pool area

- No parties or events allowed

- The guest who books the property MUST be present during the booking & will be held liable for any damages

- Smoking on the property is PROHIBITED: $250 minimum fine for smoke damages



Interaction with Guests:

You will receive all of your check-in details - home address, door code, parking, Wi-Fi and more, 1 day prior to your stay
