Since this is where our own family lives between guest stays, you`ll find the home genuinely outfitted, not staged. Stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and all the little things that make a stay easy. We`ve set it up for real life, and it shows.

THE HOME
Inside, there`s room for everyone to spread out without anyone feeling crowded. Cozy up on the big comfy couch in the family room for movie night, gather around the large dining table (inside or out), or let the kids roam through the open layout. The fully equipped kitchen handles cooking for a crowd with ease, and with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, mornings run smoothly even with a full house.

THE BACKYARD
This is the part guests can`t stop talking about. Dive into the pool from the diving board, race down the water slide, shoot hoops on the concrete basketball pad, or soak in the hot tub while the fountain feature runs. The huge turf yard is perfect for kids to play, and the oversized covered patio keeps you cool with misters while you grill in the covered BBQ area, complete with its own outdoor TV. End the night around the gas fire pit under the Arizona sky. There`s even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after pool time.

SAFETY NOTE
Our backyard includes a pool with diving board, water slide, hot tub, and trampoline. These amenities are used at your own risk, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. We ask all guests to review our house rules on safe use before arrival.

Self check-in via door code. We`re flexible on check-in and check-out times when we can be, just message us ahead of time and we`ll coordinate what`s available.

You’ll be personally in contact with your host during your stay should you need anything at all. We aren’t far down the road and want to make your experience as good as possible!

POLICIES
-This is our family`s primary residence, and we ask all guests to treat it that way
-No parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind (this includes bachelor/bachelorette parties and similar celebrations)
-No smoking
-Primary booker must be at least 25 years old
-Quiet hours respected out of consideration for our neighbors (10PM-8AM)
-Please note that all guests are required to complete the Guest Form before check-in. This helps us prepare for your stay and ensure a smooth arrival.
-Only registered guests may stay overnight.

-Parking: driveway only (fits 2 cars). Do not park in front of neighboring homes or on the front yard landscaping.

-Locked closets and cabinets are off-limits — they`re for owner storage. Unlocked closets are for guest use.

-Restricted areas: garage and basement — no guest access.

-Pool: supervise children at all times (no lifeguard on site), no glass containers, shower before entering, use only the towels provided in the pool closet.

-Jacuzzi & fire pit: please follow the in-house instructions provided in the welcome guide. Never leave the fire pit unattended.

-Pets welcome with prior approval — $60 fee per pet.
Please turn off all lights and lock all doors/windows before checking out.

-Trash pickup is Tuesdays, early morning — please have bins out the night before if checking out that day.

-A short guest form must be completed before check-. Access details are not sent until it`s submitted.

Fees for damages

$30 per stained towel or linen
$150 for excessive mess/cleaning beyond a standard turnover

Safety disclosure

Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their group while using the property`s amenities (pool, fire pit, jacuzzi, bounce house, etc.). The pool area is fenced, but constant adult supervision is still required.
