Your door code will be provided the day before arrival along with your complete check-in instructions.

When you arrive at the home:

Enter your assigned 6-digit code on the keypad.
Press the confirm/unlock button if prompted.
Wait for the lock to disengage.
Open the door fully before entering.
Please do not share your door code outside your reservation group.

You have full private access to the entire home and all resort amenities. Note: Emerald Island Resort requires a mandatory 20 dollar registration fee per vehicle, per stay. Each permit is linked to a specific license plate and cannot be shared.
📋 HOUSE RULES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The most important rule: Relax and enjoy your stay! 😊
• Please place all trash in properly sealed bags and dispose of it in the designated bins near the garage/front area.
• Before check-out, we kindly ask that you:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Place used towels in the washing machine and start a cycle
• Please do not leave doors or windows open, as this may affect the A/C performance and allow insects inside.
• Accidents happen — please notify us immediately so we can address any issues quickly.
• To maintain cleanliness, no shoes, food, or drinks are allowed in bedrooms.
• No pets allowed, due to allergies of future guests.
• No parties or events beyond the number of guests in your reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise levels reasonable at all times.
• Do not use tape, adhesives, or anything sticky on walls, furniture, or railings.
• If using the BBQ grill ($60 per reservation):
• Turn off the propane tank after use
• Clean the grill and surrounding area
• Please return all remote controls to their original rooms.
• Remove all personal belongings and food items from the refrigerator before check-out.

• No running or rough play near the pool
• No diving
• No glass near or inside the pool (plastic only)
• Children must always be supervised
• Do not tamper with pool equipment or settings

• Pool is serviced weekly — you may see maintenance staff during your stay

🚗 COMMUNITY & PARKING RULES (EMERALD ISLAND)

Emerald Island Resort is a gated community with HOA regulations in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents and guests.

• Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or fire hydrants
• Street parking is allowed where permitted — never park on grass
• Any damage (e.g., sprinkler systems) may result in charges
• Only registered vehicles with valid permits are allowed (see resort fee section)

🚫 The following are not permitted in the community:

• Commercial vehicles
• RVs, trailers, or buses
• Boats or watercraft
• ATVs or similar vehicles

Failure to comply with HOA rules may result in fines or restricted access.

📶 WIFI / INTERNET DISCLAIMER

While we provide high-speed internet and smart TV access, we are not responsible for outages caused by third-party service providers.

If needed, you may reset the connection by unplugging the modem/router for 1 minute and plugging it back in.

• Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and food delivery services can deliver directly to the home
• USPS mail is not delivered, as the property does not have a standard mailbox
