Welcome to our spacious 2,944 sq ft vacation home in Williams, Arizona! Perfectly located just 2.4 miles from historic Route 66 and a short drive to the Grand Canyon South Rim, our home is surrounded by towering pine trees and set up for large family getaways and group retreats.

House Rules & Important Details
Occupancy: Max 16 guests. No unauthorized parties or events.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Pets: No pets allowed (service animals excepted).

Check-In (4:00 PM): We use a secure Yale smart lock. Your code is the last 4 digits of your contact number (activates at 4 PM). To unlock, press Yale + the last 4 digits of your reservation phone number + Checkmark (✔).

Check-Out (11:00 AM):

Wash dishes, clear food/counters, and take all trash outside.

If your stay covers Sat/Sun/Mon, please place the trash bins on the curb for Monday morning pickup.

Leave used beds unmade (no need to strip beds or gather towels).

Turn off all power and lights. Set the heater to 55°F in winter, or turn off the AC if running.

Lock all windows and exterior doors (press the Yale logo button on the keypad to lock from the outside).

Guest access
The entire property is accessible to guests, excluding 3 locked supply storage closets and a shed in the backyard. Please note the garage is dedicated entirely as an indoor game room space for guest use (vehicle parking is restricted to the driveway).

Other things to note
Child Safety: If small children are present, please be aware the home has open wooden staircases (baby gates are not provided). Second-floor windows located directly next to beds must remain closed for child safety.

Heating & AC: Central heat and AC are provided throughout the home. The living room gas fireplace is completely optional; it gets hot to the touch during operation, so we recommend keeping it off when young kids are present.
