Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire cabin and grounds, including:



- All 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, and fully equipped kitchen

- The expansive private back deck, hot tub, outdoor dining area, and propane fire table

- Front porch, surrounding lot, and private off-street driveway parking (space for up to 3 vehicles)

- Keyless entry via a unique smart-lock code provided before check-in



Please note: The locked owner supply closet and mechanical utility spaces remain private and are not accessible to guests.



Other Things to Note:

MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT & SAFETY

- Fireplace: We provide an initial supply of firewood for the stone hearth. Never leave a burning fire unattended, and ensure the spark screen remains closed.

- Mountain Wildlife: You are nestled in an active alpine forest. Never leave food, trash, or coolers outdoors, as bears and wildlife frequent the area.

- Winter Travel: During snow conditions (typically late fall through early spring), Caltrans often requires snow chains or 4WD/AWD vehicles to travel up the mountain roads. Please check road conditions before heading up.



HOUSE POLICIES & COUNTY ORDINANCES

- Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM per San Bernardino County STR regulations. Outdoor music and amplified sound are not permitted.

- Maximum Occupancy: Limited to registered guests only. Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.

- No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the cabin and anywhere on the property grounds.
