## Parking

Parking at Windsor Cay is complimentary.

• Maximum of **2 vehicles per unit** in designated shared surface parking spaces
• Street parking is not permitted
• Do not park on grass or block sidewalks
• Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and boats are not permitted
• Parking passes cannot be shared with unregistered visitors
• Vehicles violating resort parking policies may be towed at the guest’s expense

## Self-Catering Home

This is a **self-catering vacation home**. We provide a small welcome starter kit for your arrival, but guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed throughout their stay.

There are supermarkets and stores nearby for groceries and vacation essentials.

Please remember to bring your own **washcloths**, as we provide bath towels but not washcloths.

## Optional Pool Heat

Pool heating is available for an additional fee:

• **$35 per day**
• Minimum of **2 consecutive days**
• Must be requested at least **48 hours in advance**
• Maximum temperature is approximately **95°F**

The pool uses a heat-exchange system, and performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. During unusually cold weather, the system may temporarily shut off as a safety measure and may not reach the requested temperature.

Because weather conditions are outside our control, refunds cannot be provided if the pool heater is operating but cannot reach the desired temperature due to cold weather.

Pool heating is an optional service and may occasionally be unavailable.

## Optional BBQ Rental

BBQ grill rental is available for **$65 for the entire stay**.

Please request it in advance if you would like to add it to your reservation.

## Housekeeping

The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival.

Daily housekeeping is **not included** in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply if the property requires excessive cleaning or if damage occurs during the stay.

## Trash Disposal

Please place trash in plastic garbage bags of **13 gallons or larger** before disposing of it in the designated garbage bin.

## Online Purchases & Package Deliveries

Please use caution when shipping online purchases to the vacation home.

**USPS does not reliably deliver to vacation rental addresses**, and packages may be returned to the sender.

UPS, FedEx, and DHL may deliver to the property or designated resort location depending on the carrier and resort procedures. Some resorts may charge package-handling fees or may not accept deliveries.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undelivered packages. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions.

Windsor Cay Resort requires **guest registration after the reservation is confirmed**.

Guests are expected to follow all home and resort rules throughout their stay. Additional charges may apply for damages, rule violations, or excessive cleaning required after departure.
